Toffee Brownies!
Toffee is a delicious treat that can add an extra layer of sweetness and crunch to any dessert. One of my favorite ways to use toffee is in brownies. Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup toffee pieces
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop until it is fully melted.

Add the granulated sugar to the melted butter and mix until well combined.
