About Us
For years, Kathy Filosi Nelson made English Walnut toffee from an old family recipe (no , really!). Whether for family, friends, teachers, or care packages for our heroes serving in harm’s way, it was always met with happiness.
In 2017, after much encouragement, we took the leap and starting making our toffee commercially. The response has been crazy! Since then we’ve expanded to create a line of decadent, globally inspired toffees and barks -- basically, chocolate you crack!
We still make small, hand-crafted batches of our toffees and barks with only the finest ingredients. We love what we do!
