Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing + 2 days for shipping. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Warm Weather Season is in Effect!
What this means:
During Warm Weather Season (Apr – Oct), all orders will be shipped via UPS in a method which has an expected delivery within 2 days*. This is to ensure your products arrive safely (and un-melted).
*2 days = cold pack life (included with the $5 order handling fee applied at checkout).
Shipping method options shown at checkout are based on the order shipping address (shipping zone).

We ship orders via UPS. The following options may be offered (options available based on shipping address will be confirmed at checkout).

Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday through Wed, excluding holidays.* This is to prevent additional transit time over weekends during warm weather season.
*This is a general rule; exceptions may apply. For example, we may ship orders on a Thursday if they can be delivered the next day with standard shipping.

PO Boxes
We are unable to accept online orders shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are currently not accepted online. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Free Shipping
At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Join our mailing list for MFG updates, including promotions.
Incorrect/Non-deliverable Addresses & Refused Shipments
If your order has been returned to us as non-deliverable or has refused due to damages, we’ll contact you right away. If we have made an error, we’ll reship the order to the correct address as soon as possible, at no cost to you. If the customer has made an error with the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the product cost will refunded upon return if the following criteria is met:
· Both the box and product remain sealed, unopened.
· Product arrives in new condition.
Note: The original shipping cost is not refundable for refused shipments.
Cancellations
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible and we’ll make every effort to accommodate cancelation requests on orders not yet processed or shipped.
