Making you smile is the sweetest part of our day!

At MFG Toffee & Bark CO., we put a whole lot of love into each batch of toffee and chocolate bark we make and carefully pack orders to help ensure your handmade confections arrive safely, even when the temperatures are soaring! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or if there’s been a mix-up, please reach out to us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as we can.

Due to the nature of our products — fresh, handmade, and a bit melty in warm temps — we can't accept returns.

We encourage you to track your order, following estimated delivery updates from the carrier to ensure that once your order is delivered it’s collected and brought inside to ambient temperatures (or better yet, refrigerated!) to prevent the product from melting*. But don’t worry, if anything’s off with your order, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

* During warm weather season, ice packs are included with your order to maintain temperatures during transit, up to two days.
